Acquisition and disposal of property, arranging for title search reports and execution of transfer deeds by any one of the reputed panel of lawyers, rent collection and banking proceeds and the issue of reconciled monthly statements, liaising between the tenant and owner, arranging to find new tenants or renewal of lease agreements, building maintenance (through reliable third party contractors), attending to local authority requirements and settlement of rates and utility bills and all such value added services.
Investment Management of Cash and Deposits
